Shipping, Returns & Warranty

Shipping Methods
  • For U.S. online customers, $4 Standard Shipping goes USPS with Tracking emailed at the time of shipment. U.S. online orders over $40 qualify for Free Shipping, and normally ship USPS Priority and arrive within 2-5 business days.
    • USPS is the only shipping carrier that is allowed to deliver packages to a P.O. Box address. Other carriers, such as UPS and FedEx, are not able to deliver packages to mailboxes in the Post Office.
  • Rush Orders will be calculated at Checkout.
  • For Wholesale or Custom orders, our standard domestic shipping is UPS Ground. You’ll get tracking by email no matter which way we ship.
International Orders

We do ship internationally to the following countries:

  • Australia
  • Canada
  • Mexico
  • United Kingdom
We use USPS International Priority Flat Rate. Charges will be quoted at time of order.

If you live elsewhere in the world, please email us at with what you’d like to order, as well as your Ship To address, and our customer service and shipping teams will facilitate this order manually.

On-time shipping

Your order is important and we’ll get it shipped out lickety-split, usually within 1-2 business days from the time you place the order. But after it leaves our facility, we cannot ensure on-time delivery due to unforeseen weather and/or transportation company delays. If your order is delayed, all recourse rests exclusively with the shipping/transportation company.

Drop Shipping & Split Orders

For wholesale ordering, we can do that, gladly. These orders are billed at $10.00 per drop ship location after the first shipment and a drop ship list must accompany your order.

Quality & Warranty

We are dedicated to making the most durable, highest quality merchandise. If you feel your Silipint(s) are defective, let us make it right. We will replace defective Silipints or give you credit. Replacement and/or credit is limited to the invoice cost of the item, and we cannot reproduce custom cups that you got at an event with the exact same artwork. We promise to do our very best to make this right.

Returns & Exchanges

If you find quality issues regarding merchandise or your custom print, you must notify us within 10 days of receipt of your order. We will facilitate returns, exchanges or credits as needed.
